Position Overview:
We are looking for adynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Noida Sector2. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developingrobust relationships with enterprise customers aligning MyOperators solutions with their business goals and positioning our offeringsto address their communication needs. This role requires a mix ofconsultative selling strategic insights and CXOlevelengagement.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • CustomerEngagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprisecustomers understanding their business challenges and aligningMyOperator solutions to their objectives.
  • SalesStrategy: Craft and execute tailored sales strategies toconsistently meet and exceed revenue targets contributing toMyOperators businessgrowth.
  • ProductExpertise: Develop an indepth knowledge of MyOperator s productsand services staying updated on new features andcapabilities.
  • ConsultativeSelling: Engage in a consultative sales approach proactivelyidentifying opportunities to enhance customers communicationinfrastructure.
  • CXOInteraction: Conduct strategic discussions with CXOs and keydecisionmakers influencing their adoption of MyOperatorsolutions.
  • MarketInsights: Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities andmarket dynamics to make informed sales decisions.
  • SalesCollateral: Develop compelling sales presentations proposals andother materials that effectively communicate MyOperator s valueproposition.
  • Reporting:Regularly update the Sales Manager on sales progress andachievements.


Requirements
  • EducationalBackground: Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or arelated field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:13 years in enterprise sales within the SaaS or tech industry witha track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • CustomerFocused& Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understandcomplex customer needs and environments with a customercentricapproach and a strong businessunderstanding.
  • Communication& Relationship Skills: Excellent communication presentationand negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively withkeystakeholders.
  • SelfDriven& Independent: Goaloriented selfmotivated and capable ofworking independently to achieve ambitious salesgoals.
  • TechnicalProficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)understanding of the Indian enterprise market and familiarity withtelephony solutions. Ability to explain technical conceptstroubleshoot issues and collaborate with Sales and Supportteams.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in usingdata to track metrics drive decisions and optimize salesperformance.

Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relatedfield. MBA or equivalent is a plus. -1-3 years of relevantexperience in enterprise sales within the SAAS or alliedindustries. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets and driving revenue growth. -Strong business acumen and theability to understand complex customer environments. -Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences. -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and abilityto work independently with minimal supervision. -Proficiency inusing CRM tools and other sales productivity software. -Knowledgeof the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions isadvantageous. -Should be able to understand and explain technicalconcepts to the reporting team or customer, troubleshoot technicalissues, and work collaboratively with the Sales and Support team.-Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to use data todrive decisions and optimize team performance. They should haveexperience tracking and analyzing customer success metrics, and beable to use this data to identify areas for improvement and makedata-drivendecisions.
