Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with high-potential, mid- to large-sized companies, including Series B and later-stage startups. This role requires a consultative sales approach, industry expertise in ecommerce and fulfillment, and the ability to establish relationships with founders and C-suite executives. You will be instrumental in building Omnivio’s customer base, particularly in its early growth stage, as we strive to reach our first 100 customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise-level companies, particularly focusing on Series B companies and larger.
● Consultative Selling: Leverage a consultative approach to understand client needs, demonstrate product value, and tailor solutions that align with Omnivio’s offerings.
● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers in potential client organizations to build trust and influence.
● Ecommerce and Fulfillment Expertise: Apply knowledge of the ecommerce industry, particularly around fulfillment and supply chain solutions, to inform sales conversations and client education.
● Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, early adoption, and ongoing satisfaction with Omnivio’s products.
Key Requirements
● Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience selling SaaS products or “good-to-have” solutions that require consultative selling techniques.
● Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ecommerce, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions.
● Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals with senior executives.
● Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Highly motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.
● SaaS Sales Experience: Experience specifically in SaaS enterprise sales.
● Understanding of Fulfillment Software Solutions: Familiarity with the latest trends and challenges in ecommerce fulfillment technology.
