Our client is one of thefastest growing Fintech companies with a vision to become the keyplayer in their domain in next 3 years. They are looking to hireSenior Corporate Relationship ManagerGurgaon.Responsibilities
  • Theperson would be responsible for onboarding Corporates Clientsactivating these corporates for transactions and maintainingrelationships to maximize businessopportunities.
  • The person will be responsiblefor maximizing throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboardedcorporates in his/her portfolio.
  • The RM will beresponsible for P & L for his/her respective portfoliohe/she should ensure profitability parameters and charges areoptimized for each corporaterelationship
inparticular and the portfoliooverall.
  • The personwould be responsible for the increase in throughput outstandingrevenues yields & other business performance metrics forthe assigned geography for all products covered under the Fintechumbrella.
  • Growing the partner/distributionnetwork and growing the under tapped segments/companies/territoriesfor business.
  • Achieve sales targets in linewith the target established for the area in terms of revenues& volumes.
  • Plan Forecast measure andreport business volumes on a daily weekly or monthly basis asrequired.
FunctionalCompetencies
  • Theperson should be team player and should be able to work with andmanage direct support and crossfunctional teams and other relevantstakeholders to grow business.
  • Ability todrive relationship at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers.Should be able to partner the stakeholders in the clients to workout solutions for them from our productsuite.
  • The person should be able to planforecast measure and report business volumes on a daily weekly ormonthly basis as required.
  • Strong partnerrelationship management and solution developmentskills
  • Have deep knowledge and expertise of thepartners in the geography to drive
  • partnerconnection in the defined territory to ensure maximum partnerimpact on customer acquisition renewals andconsumption.
  • Should be Thought Leader TargetOriented Assertive Focused and Honest &Hardworking.
Qualifications
  • Minimum1215 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintechdomain
  • and ready to take on challenges for aspeedy career growth.
  • Experience should includeCore Sales Market Expansion/PenetrationBusiness
  • Development in Financial Servicesdomain.
  • Minimum required qualification:Graduate (preferably inFinance/Commerce).
  • Candidates with aprofessional degree in Finance will be preferred (MBA CAetc.)
  • Candidates based locally and operating inthe required catchment area will bepreferred.
