Job Purpose:
Therole aims to identify new customers propose tailored financialsolutions and create business opportunities while strengtheningrelationships with corporate customers with an aggregate turnoverof up to 300 crore. Responsibilities include preparing Term Sheetsdrafting Proposal Notes guiding them through the approval processand overseeing documentation disbursals monitoring andcollections.
KeyResponsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Initiate and manage clientrelationships.
- Identify new businessopportunities within the corporate finance sector.
- Structure financial solutions tailored to clientneeds.
Client Identification &Sourcing:
- Identifyprospects within your location evaluate their creditworthiness andestablish relationships.
- Maintain strongpartnerships with CAs DSAs and other local partners to ensure aconsistent deal pipeline.
- Understandclients' financial goals challenges andopportunities.
Client RelationshipManagement:
- Nurturestrong relationships with corporate clients in the EmergingCorporate segment.
- Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities and revenue streams within the corporatefinance sector.
- Expand the client base andpromote crossselling of financial products and services.

DealStructuring:
- Collaborate with clients to structure financial dealsthat meet their specific needs.
- Prepare andpresent proposals to clients and stakeholders.

CreditSolutions:
- Offercredit solutions including working capital facilities overdraftsterm loans and other financial products.
- Continuously assess client creditworthiness andassociated risks.
Portfolio Growth:
- Focus on growing the portfolio by crosssellingfinancial products and services.
- Achievebudgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and feeincome.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements credit reportsand market trends to assess client performance andrisks.
- Provide insights to enhance clientportfolios.
Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with all auditregulatory and company regulations processes andpolicies.
Qualifications &Experience:
- Minimum Degree: Postgraduatein any discipline preferably MBA/CA.
- Experience: 25 years in arelevant field.
