Handle Existing Customers Manage domesticSales fulfilment requirements.
Ensure timely andaccurate product delivery with proper documentation.
Handle Backend support required for Sales.
Setting &managing consumer and trade events.
Close follow up withtheir daytoday visits including attendance and othermandates.
Ensure customer master data account profileinformation and customer product.
Receive coordinate andprocess all sales orders based on the customersrequests.
Ensure availability of stock and timelydispatch of orders.
Ensure accounts are in compliancewith corporate credit policies.
Guarantee customersatisfaction through quality followups.
Prepare monthlysales forecasts and weekly sales reports. AdditionalResponsibilities:
Attend phone calls wheneverrequired
Make phone calls to new leads
Followups with clients regarding their future needs
Coordinatewith the National Manager and provide required assistance tohim/her Maintain appropriate communicationbetween clients & customers and with teammembers
