  • Ensure ongoing selfdevelopment.
  • Manage the portfolio to derisk against attrition andachieve stability of book.
  • Manage the keyperformance indicators at the highest level.
  • Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms ofthe profile demographics & psychographics and assets in theBank and in other places.
Sales:
  • Achieve theTargets set in terms of product mix.
  • Achievebest in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of thesales process.
  • Achieve the budgeted cross selltargets.
  • Aggressive Sales call plans toacquire large prospective customers through referrals.
  • Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with theGroup approved Relationship Matrix.
Integration Management :
  • Manage the customer transition with utmostsensitivity.
  • Awareness of all the policies andprocedures issued in relation to money launderingprevention.
  • Ensure compliance with thesepolicies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
  • Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reportedto the supervising officer.
