The Job:

  • JobRole:
  • 1. KeyAccount Management:
  • Identifyingand networking to generate business from the existing and newaccounts achieving profitability and increased sales growth in linewith targets assigned. Proactively following up with existingclients to get briefs for events that would have happened in theprevious years.
  • Mapping key client srequirements and providing them with customized businesssolutions.
  • Create compelling concepts andmarketing strategies as per brand requirements and after evaluatingtargetmarkets.

  • 2.Event Execution & PostEventClosures:
  • Coordinate with allstakeholders involved in the event to ensure the delivery ofcreatives artwork set design and all other elements of the event.All elements must be as desired by the client.
  • Ensure the delivery of all promises to the client. Be available toaddress any queries of the client.
  • Oversee theoverall production quality of the event.
  • Ensure closure of payment advice (PA) in coordination withproduction.
  • Send an Invoice to theClient.

  • 3.Compliance with Commercial & Internalprocedures:
  • Adhere to companyprocesses related to PO/Contract/Advances.
  • Ensure all Weekly Reports HOD Meeting Reports are sent to Head ofDepartment.
  • Billing to client post eventcompletion and ensuring collection of payment from clients foreventsexecuted.

  • 4.Team Management:
  • Allocation ofbriefs to team members & supervision to ensure thatclient briefs are adhered to & closed.
  • Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targetsachieved & address pending issues.
  • Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand thejob description well.
  • Identifying manpowerneeds for the team & working in synergy with HR to hirethe right talent.
  • Providing orientation to newjoiners & on the job training.
  • Identifying training & development needs of the team& ensuring same is met in coordination withHR.
  • Evaluation of performance for team member&growth.
