  • Act as the mainpoint of contact for client inquiries andconcerns
  • Organize and overseeadvertising/communicationcampaigns
  • Makepresentations according to the companys or clients guidelines andpresent them clearly andconcisely.
  • Build and maintainstrong longlasting clientrelationships.
  • Understand client needs andidentify opportunities to increase clientsatisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure delivery of highquality services toclients.
  • Negotiate contracts and closeagreements to maximize profits.
  • Handle clientcomplaints and provide appropriatesolutions.
  • Forecast and track key accountmetrics.
  • Prepare reports on accountstatus.
  • Identify and grow opportunities withinterritory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growthattainment.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctionalteams to improve the entire clientexperience.
  • Visit clients and attendconferences when necessary.
  • Stay up to datewith client service best practices and markettrends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis toevaluate trends brand awareness and competitionventures.
  • Contribute to the development ofclient servicing strategies.
  • Participate in theimplementation of new client servicing technologies andsystems.
Requiredqualifications.
  • Bachelor s degree inbusiness administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a ClientServicing Executive or similar role
  • Strongcommunication and negotiation skills
  • Excellentproblemsolving abilities
  • Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience insales or customer service.
  • Ability to managemultiple projects and clientssimultaneously.
  • Understanding of customerrelationship management practices
  • Ability towork well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills Must havetwowheelers with drivinglicense.
  • StrongEnglish and Nepali communicationskills
  • Priority willbe given to candidate with Minimum of 2 years experience in anAdvertising / Digitalagency.
