Develop and Implement accounts strategy forDT offerings targeted at clients within identified industrysegments and market segments
Develop and sell newsolutions (managed services distinct technology solutions etc.) forthe DT practice as part of the GTM initiative
Enhanceinternal and external awareness of EY DT services (branding) andsupport development of proposals/presentations etc asrequired
Build strong relationships across all ServiceLines and with the BD team to help surface new client opportunitiesand drive sales
Periodic monitoring and reporting ofsales opportunities pipeline and wins
Identifyopportunities for other services and support in crosssell for TaxCoSec & other services
Leading and coordinatingthe planning and management of assignments pricing billing andrecovery maximizing fee opportunities with guidance from thePartner.
Develop sound value based solutions and applytechnical knowledge in delivery of complex solutions toclients.
Understand macro and strategic issues on clientengagements.
Develop specialized competence and begin toattract recognition within own service line as a technical resourcefor that specialization.
Participate in own Service lineteams or special projects across the firm.
Creating /managing independent relationships with clients and building broadnetworks within the firm locally and internationally.
Contribute to firms profitability by generating additional workfrom existing clients and supporting in selling new clientproposals.
Expands opportunities with existing clientsidentifies and acts on referrals in relation to the ServiceLine.
Providing perspective to clients on trends andemerging practices in the local and global market in relation toclients operations.
Is involved in developing newproducts services and delivery methods linked to the area ofspecialization.
Responsible for handling straightforwardrisk management issues and progressively taking on greater riskmanagement responsibility while ensuring compliance torisk
management strategies plans andactivities.
Strong contribution to knowledge sharingefforts. Improving processes so that the team and firm capture andleverage knowledge. Proactively taking up aleadership role working in cross service line engagements mentorand coach team members and help in resolving people issues of thegroup.
Responsible for managing a reasonable sizedportfolio of clients with an enthusiastic and energeticteam
Constantly looking at increasing the portfolio sizeby adding new clients and mining in existing ones;
Taking initiatives on cross sell new solutions tax technologysolutions and actively
participating in GTM (gotomarket)among clients and with other subservice lines;
Lookingfor opportunities in marketing own and other subservicelines; Skills and attributes forsuccess:
Strong analytical ability logical andproblem solving approach on complex issues.

Technical competence in Tax and also the industry / specializedfield
