The HR Cum Admin is responsible forproviding employees with the necessary tools and resources tosucceed in their roles. They will also be responsible for thefollowing:
  • Followingup with the HR Agency to ensure smoothprocesses.
  • Handling STOP meetings
  • Device allocation and employee documentation
  • Assist the agency in the implementation of theHR policies
  • Performance Management: Managingand monitoring employee performance including conductingperformance reviews and providingfeedback.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employeerelations matters including grievances conflicts and disciplinaryactions.
  • Handling adminrelated tasks tosmoothen office operations such as collaborating with stakeholdersfor office necessities coordinating with IT vendors for devicemanagement processing vendor payments and resolving employee issuesrelated to admin.
  • Handling petty cash
  • Actively participating in Employee engagement
  • Handling the escalations and timely revert oneach grievance
