Responsibilities:
  • Basicaccounting tasks (prepare quotations invoices receipts with holdingTax etc.)
  • Active participation in officemanagement.
  • Attend meetings with supplierschedule meetings and appointment.
  • Preparingformal letters documents or reports asassigned.
  • Checking internal daily documentssuch as tax invoice.
  • Daytoday handling generalHR administrative tasks including timesheet managementdocumentation management and data entry.
  • Assistin various HR administrative jobs such as interview appointmentsonboarding new employees welfare & Benefit reimbursementand processing paperwork.
  • Maintain accurateemployee records update employee information and handle HRdatabases with confidentiality.
  • Performingother special job as assigned.
  • Maintain goodrelationship with current clients.
  • Preparestatutorily financial statement and work closely with auditors andexternal parties on financial and accountingissues.
  • Organize office operations andprocedures.
  • Assist accountant in preparingcompany documents and mailing them toclients.
  • Maintain and update office filesdocuments and supplier lists.
  • Attend to theemails and phone calls: answering redirecting the calls and takingmessages
  • Assists with the management of outsidevendors including but not limited to printing of materials rentingof audio/visual equipment photography graphic arts services anddelivery or supplying needed products.
  • Plan andschedule meetings.
  • Manage office equipmentinventory of supplies and generaloperations.
  • Other tasks and activities asassigned by the office supervisors directors and teammembers.


Requirements:
  • BachelorDegree or higher in related field.
  • Newgraduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in EnglishandThai.
  • Solutionoriented.
  • Positiveattitude and reliable.
  • Full Service mind goodinterpersonal skill able to handleconfidentiality.
  • Able to handle pressure andmultiple tasks.
  • Excellent time managementskills ability to prioritize.
  • Enjoys workingwith people and the international community. Great for someonewanting to improve their English.
