Travel Desk Coordinator

- Handleall aspects of corporate travel arrangements including bookingflights accommodations land transportation and ferryservices.
- Ensure thatall travel bookings are made in accordance with company policiesandguidelines.
- Coordinatewith various stakeholders to meet the specific travel requirementsofemployee
- GuestHouseManagement:
- Managebookings and reservations for company guest houses ensuringavailability and suitability foremployees.
- Coordinatewith local teams to facilitate smooth checkin/checkout proceduresfor employees staying at company guesthouses.
- PanIndiaTeamCoordination:
- Collaboratewith our panIndia team to streamline travel arrangements and ensureconsistency across differentlocations.
- Communicateeffectively with team members to address any issues or concernsrelated to travelarrangements.
- Invoicingand AccountManagement:
- Overseethe invoicing process for corporate travel services ensuringaccuracy andtimeliness.
- Maintaindetailed records of all invoices and payments and reconcileaccounts asneeded.
- Monitor creditaccounts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure financialstability.
- AdministrativeSupport:
- Provideadministrative support as needed including organizing travelrelateddocumentation maintaining databases and preparing reports formanagement.
- Previousexperience in corporate travel management or related rolespreferred.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Proficiency intravel booking software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Attention todetail and accuracy in financialrecordkeeping.
- Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of ateam.
- Flexibility toadapt to changing priorities anddeadlines.
