Keyresponsibilities
  • Assist in talentacquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conductemployee onboarding and orientationprograms
  • Update and maintain HRIS and employeerecords
  • Assist in performance management andemployee relations
  • Support the development andimplementation of HR initiatives andsystems
  • Assist in compliance with laborregulations and HR policies
  • Ensure legalcompliance throughout human resourcemanagement
  • Support the development andimplementation of HR initiatives andsystems
  • Manage employee benefits and wellnessprograms
  • Assist in payroll process andcoordination
  • Assist with employee inquiries andprovide HRrelated support
  • Prepare HR reportsand presentations as needed
  • Assist inorganizing employee engagementevents
  • Contribute to the development of HRpolicies
  • Assist in maintaining employeeconfidentiality and privacy
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources or related field
  • Provenexperience as an HR Assistant or relevant humanresources/administrative position
  • Familiaritywith HRIS and HR databases
  • Knowledge of laborlegislation and procedures
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Officeand HR software
  • Ability to handle data withconfidentiality
  • Detailoriented and able toprioritize tasks effectively
  • Understanding ofgeneral human resources policies andprocedures
  • Ability to work well in a teamenvironment
  • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills
  • Excellent multitaskingand timemanagement skills
  • HR certificationswill be a plus
