Roles &Responsibilities: Recruitment andOnboarding:

Assist with the recruitmentprocess by posting job ads screening resumes scheduling interviewsand conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinatethe onboarding process for new hires including preparing offerletters conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessarypaperwork is completed.

HR Administration:
Maintain employeerecords including personal information attendance leaves and otherrelevant data.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HRpolicies procedures and benefits.
Prepare and distributeHRrelated correspondence such as employment contracts confirmationletters and disciplinary notices.

PerformanceManagement:
Support the performance managementprocess by tracking employee performance reviews facilitatingappraisal meetings and maintaining performance records.
Assist in the development and implementation of performanceimprovement plans as needed.

Training and Development:
Coordinatetraining programs and workshops for employees to enhance theirskills and knowledge.
Maintain training records andevaluate training effectiveness.

Employee Relations:
Address employeegrievances and concerns in a timely and confidentialmanner.
Promote a positive work environment and employeemorale through effective communication and engagementinitiatives.

HRPolicies and Compliance:
Assist in thedevelopment implementation and communication of HR policies andprocedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws andregulations by staying updated on legal requirements and assistingwith audits as needed.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HRprocesses employee engagement and organizationaleffectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments tosupport crossfunctional initiatives asneeded.
