- Managing the recruitment andselection process
- Overseeing the onboardingprocess for new hires
- Administering employeebenefit programs
- Handling employee relationsincluding resolving issues and managing performanceevaluations
- Enforcing HR policies andprocedures
- Ensuring legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
- Coordinating withexternal partners such as insurance vendors to manage employeebenefits
- Managing payroll and employeedatabase
- Overseeing administrative functionsincluding office supplies vendor management and facilitiesmaintenance
- Assisting with the development andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
- Addressing employee queriesregarding office management issues (e.g. stationery Hardware andtravel arrangements)
- Facilitating theresolution of office operational issues and managing office assetsand supplies
- Facilitating team buildingactivities and events
- Supporting otherdepartments as and whenrequired
- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
- Proven work experience as an HR or AdminExecutive or similar role
- Handson experiencewith HRIS ATS and payroll systems
- Knowledge oflabor legislation and HR bestpractices
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the fullrecruitment cycle
- Strong organizational andtime management skills
- Proficiency in MS Officeand HR software
- Ability to handle confidentialinformation professionally
- Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingskills
- Experience in handling administrativefunctions such as office management and facilitiesmaintenance
- Understanding of employee relationsperformance management and employeeengagement
- Ability to work effectively in ateam environment
- Attention to detail andaccuracy in work
- Professional certification inHR will be a plus
