Overview: The HR cumAdmin Executive at our Ashok Nagar location plays a pivotal role inmanaging human resource activities and administrative functions toensure the smooth running of our organization. They are responsiblefor recruiting onboarding and maintaining employee relations aswell as overseeing administrative tasks and facilitiesmanagement.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developing andimplementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy
  • Managing the recruitment andselection process
  • Overseeing the onboardingprocess for new hires
  • Administering employeebenefit programs
  • Handling employee relationsincluding resolving issues and managing performanceevaluations
  • Enforcing HR policies andprocedures
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
  • Coordinating withexternal partners such as insurance vendors to manage employeebenefits
  • Managing payroll and employeedatabase
  • Overseeing administrative functionsincluding office supplies vendor management and facilitiesmaintenance
  • Assisting with the development andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
  • Addressing employee queriesregarding office management issues (e.g. stationery Hardware andtravel arrangements)
  • Facilitating theresolution of office operational issues and managing office assetsand supplies
  • Facilitating team buildingactivities and events
  • Supporting otherdepartments as and whenrequired
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as an HR or AdminExecutive or similar role
  • Handson experiencewith HRIS ATS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge oflabor legislation and HR bestpractices
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage the fullrecruitment cycle
  • Strong organizational andtime management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Officeand HR software
  • Ability to handle confidentialinformation professionally
  • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingskills
  • Experience in handling administrativefunctions such as office management and facilitiesmaintenance
  • Understanding of employee relationsperformance management and employeeengagement
  • Ability to work effectively in ateam environment
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy in work
  • Professional certification inHR will be a plus
