Description:
  • Handlingglobalrecruitments.
  • Designjob descriptions for all levels with critical skill requirements inconsultation with Line managers and functionheads
  • HR Businesspartnering with Line managers/ stakeholders for daytoday HR issuesand resolving them as per policies/practices andguidelines.
  • Responsiblefor submission of HR MIS ( Regular and amp; Adhoc) as needed bygroup or countrystakeholders
  • Plan andamp; conduct Induction programme for new joiners and Orientationprogramme of seniorpositions.
  • Workingwith HR team/Line manager/cross functionally to ensure timely andaccurate submission of HR cost forecasting/provisioning / reporting/requirements.
  • DevelopTraining Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based onSkill Map Analysis for the phase wise development of trainingmodules and continuous process of capacitybuilding.
  • Responsiblefor executing performance management system and completion ofannual performanceappraisal
  • Responsiblefor execution of all Engagement Rewards and amp; Recognitionprogrammescalendar
  • Responsiblefor managing employee benefits administration like statutorybenefits and amp; health Insuranceetc.
  • Formulation ofpolicies related to Employee relations Compensation TransferPromotion Grievance Redressal andExit.
  • Ensuring all theHR/compliances vendors life cycle managed effectively from contractto invoicepayment.
  • Responsibleto ensure all statutory client and vendor compliances are adheredin time boundmanner.
  • Liaison withGovt. Departments and Labour office for the compilation circulationand dissemination of requiredinformation.
  • Any otherassignments as needed forbusiness.
