Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and visa processing procedures.
- Strong interviewing skills to source suitable candidates matching departmental needs.
- Ability to handle interactions with upper management while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office for data management and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Recruitment & Staffing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate sourcing and review applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment sources.
- Manage onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with necessary trainings.
- Handle offboarding procedures effectively.
Employee Engagement and Trainings:
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance trainings and maintain HR reports accurately.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, and processing reports.
- Regularly update and maintain employee records and personnel information.
- Manage employee leave records and absenteeism.
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and plan organizational changes effectively.
