  • Proficient in MS Office for data management and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Recruitment & Staffing Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate sourcing and review applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment sources.
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with necessary trainings.
  • Handle offboarding procedures effectively.

Employee Engagement and Trainings:

  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance trainings and maintain HR reports accurately.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, and processing reports.
  • Regularly update and maintain employee records and personnel information.
  • Manage employee leave records and absenteeism.
  • Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and plan organizational changes effectively.
