Deputy General Manager HumanResource

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaboratewith senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategiespolicies and programs that align with the companys objectives.Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning andorganizational development.

  • Talent Management: Oversee theonboarding process at all levels of the organization to facilitatenew employee integration. Develop career development and successionplanning programs to foster employee growth andretention.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR teamproviding guidance and support to ensure high performance andprofessional development. Foster a positive and inclusive workenvironment that promotes collaboration andinnovation.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as apoint of contact for employee relations issues providing guidanceand support to managers and employees. Promote a positive workenvironment and foster a culture of inclusivity collaboration andcontinuous improvement addressing employee concerns resolvingconflicts and championing employee engagementinitiatives.

  • Performance Management: Implement performancemanagement processes to assess employee performance providefeedback and support professional growth and development. Work withmanagers to set performance goals and objectives aligned withorganizational priorities.

  • Training and Development: Identifytraining needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employeeskills and capabilities. Conduct and coordinate training programsand workshops and monitor the effectiveness of trainingprograms.

  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations includingpayroll benefits administration HRIS management and recordkeeping.Implement and maintain HR processes procedures and systems tostreamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • HR Compliance: Ensurecompliance with all relevant labour laws regulations industrystandards and company policies. Stay uptodate on changes inemployment legislation and proactively address any complianceissues.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administera compensation and benefits program including salary structuresbonuses and incentives. Conduct market research and analysis toensure the companys compensation and benefits packages remaincompetitive and aligned with industrystandards.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR dataanalytics and metrics to track key performance indicators identifytrends and make datadriven decisions to optimize HR processesimprove workforce planning and support businessdecisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field. Masters degreepreferred.

  • 15 years of progressive HR experience with atleast 5 years in a leadership role preferably within themanufacturing or technology industry.

Desired Skill &Characteristics:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employmentlaws and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skillswith the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of theorganization.

  • Proven track record of developing andimplementing HR strategies that drive businessresults.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handlesensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR softwaresystems.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities andwork in a fastpaced environment.
