### Position Overview
The General HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of theHuman Resources department for a leading medical billing company inIndia. This role involves managing recruitment employee relationsperformance management and compliance with employment laws andregulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker withstrong interpersonal skills capable of fostering a positiveworkplace culture and driving organizational success.

### Key Responsibilities

**Daily Operations:**
Manage daytoday HR operations including employee records payrollprocessing benefits administration and HRIS maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment lawsand regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies andprocedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
Pleaseaddress employee concerns and resolve conflicts quickly.

**Recruitment andStaffing:**
Develop and execute recruitmentstrategies to attract hire and retain top talent in the medicalbilling industry.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycleincluding job postings candidate sourcing screening interviewingand onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers tounderstand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring bestpractices.
Conduct background checks and referencechecks for potential hires.

**Employee Relations:**
Foster apositive and inclusive workplace culture through employeeengagement initiatives and programs.
Provide guidanceand support to managers and employees on HRrelated issues includingperformance management disciplinary actions and employeedevelopment.
Organize and conduct training sessions onworkplace diversity sexual harassment and other HRrelatedmatters.

**PerformanceManagement:**
Oversee the performanceappraisal process including setting performance standardsconducting evaluations and providing feedback.
Implementand manage employee recognition and reward programs to motivate andretain highperforming employees.
Identify and addressperformance issues through coaching and developmentplans.

**Compliance andReporting:**
Maintain and update HR recordsand reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legalrequirements.
Prepare and present HR metrics andanalytics to senior management to support strategicdecisionmaking.
Conduct audits of HR processes andrecords to ensure compliance with company policies andregulations.

###Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRmanagement with a strong background in recruitment andemployee relations preferably in the medical billing or healthcareindustry.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practicesemployment laws and regulations in India.
Excellentcommunication interpersonal and conflict resolutionskills.
Strong organizational and time management skillswith the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software.

### Preferred Skills
SHRMCP or PHR certification.
Experience in the medicalbilling or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.

### WorkingConditions
Fulltime position in the officetypically Monday through Friday.
Ability to work in adynamic and changing environment.
