HR Manager

1. Recruitment andstaffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategiesto attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the entirerecruitment process from job posting to candidateselection.
Conduct interviews and collaborate withhiring managers to make hiring decisions.
Negotiateemployment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for newhires.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a liaison between employees and management addressingconcerns and resolving conflicts.
Develop and implementemployee relations policies and procedures.
Provideguidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelatedissues.
Conduct investigations into employee complaintsand take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
3. Performance Management:
Develop andadminister performance evaluation systems to assess employeeperformance and productivity.
Provide training andsupport to managers on conducting performance reviews and settinggoals.
Identify opportunities for employee developmentand career advancement.
4. Training andDevelopment:
Identify training needs within theorganisation and develop training programmes to addressthem.
Coordinate and facilitate employee trainingsessions and workshops.
Monitor the effectiveness oftraining programmes and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
Administeremployee compensation and benefits programmes including salaryreviews bonuses and incentives.
Ensure compliance withlegal requirements regarding wages overtime andbenefits.
Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure theorganizations compensation and benefit packages remaincompetitive.
6. HRAdministration:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employeerecords and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with allrelevant labour laws and regulations.
Prepare anddistribute HRrelated reports and metrics to management.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field (Masters degreepreferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in asimilar HR role.
Indepth knowledge of employment lawsand regulations.
Strong leadership and interpersonalskills.
Excellent communication and negotiationabilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human ResourcesInformation Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is aplus.
Ability to handle confidential information withintegrity and discretion.
Strong problemsolving skillsand attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively ina fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
