Role andResponsibilities:
1.The successful candidate will partner with various business groupsto build the Talent & HRstrategythat most effectively complements businessstrategy.2. Drive organisation resourceplans talent reviews succession plans high potentialindividualdevelopment plans and performancemanagement for assigned business units.3.Plan and execute the performance review processes as per thecompany policies.4. Facilitate annual andmidyear talent review plans in conjunction with business plansbuilding aline of sight to future talentneeds and ensuring a robust follow up mechanism to fulfillthesame.5. Minimisecritical attrition losses by establishing proactive processesrelationships and earlywarningsystems.6. Consults with line managementproviding HR guidance when appropriate.7.Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group todevelop solutions programsandpolicies.8. Manages and resolves complexemployee relations issues. Conducts effective thoroughandobjectiveinvestigations.9. Maintains indepthknowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday managementofemployees reducing legal risks andensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with thelegaldepartment asneeded/required10. Provides daytodayperformance management guidance to line management (e.g.coachingcounselling career developmentdisciplinary actions).11. Works closely withmanagement and employees to improve work relationships build moraleand increase productivity and retention.12.Provides HR policy guidance andinterpretation.13. Develops contract termsfor new hires promotions and transfers.14.Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures workforceplanning andsuccessionplanning.15.Identifies training needs for business units and individualexecutive coaching needs.16. Participates inevaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.Follow up toensure training objectives aremet.17. Performs other related duties asassigned.18. Analyse trends in employeeturnover and employee engagement surveys andrecommendinterventions backed bydata19. Drive specific engagementinitiatives to maximise productivity and develop highlyengagedteams20.Develop and deploy culturebuilding initiatives and implement ahighperformance culture21. Work with linemanagers and employees to address all types of employee relationsissues fairlyrepresenting allinterests22. Resolve employee escalationswithin TAT and within the policyframework23. Work closely with the otherHuman Resources team to ensure timely and effective deliveryofall HRprocesses
Educational& ExperienceRequired:
1.Post Grad in Human Resources from a reputed MBASchool.2. 510 years of solid HR experienceand exposure to robust HR processes.3. AStartup experience will definitely bepreferred.4. Should have demonstratedcreativity and innovation in priorroles.
