The Role:
In this role you will be working with a motivated team todrive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities willinclude:
- Drive monthly salesachievements by connecting with working professionals on phonecalls.
- Understand needs and requirements ofprospects and help them select the right program
- Develop indepth knowledge of product features andbenefits and become goto resource when it comes to productknowledge
- Help customers understand the USPsof the program and build trust
- Proactivelyfollow up with prospects to help them with any additionalinformation required for closing sales
- Maintain detailed data of each prospect data in CRM andlead tracking tools.
Competencies:
- Strong will of driving top results in B2CSales.
- Excellent communication skills andstrong mastery over written and verbal English
- Strong phone presence and experience in closing salesover the phone.
- Highly self motivated able towork with target driven mindset
