PositionOverview:

We re scouting foran empathetic strategic and visionary Student SuccessLead.

This role is pivotal in ensuring everystudents journey from enrollment to internship until successful jobplacements becomes seamless rewarding andtransformative.

KeyResponsibilities:

Developingstudent support policies (admission policy scholarship policy codeof conduct grievances technology usage policyetc.

Planning and executing the orientationprogram to acquaint new students with campus resources policies andacademic expectations

Develop and maintaincomprehensive administrative policies that prioritize studentwelfare code of conduct academic success and a supportive learningenvironment within the online universitycommunity

Define and adherence to SLAs on studentsupport process

Designing MIS to have 360 view ofStudent support system and work with technical Team to finalizethem

Design course and semester surveys to getstudent feedback with a view to enhance student centric studentsupport services

Create process governance oncommunication on Tuition Fee reminders/Policy updates/courseupgrades to students.

Ensure that student recordsare uptodate and compliant with Saras AI policies andregulations.

Work closely with SARAS AIleadership team to ensure compliance adherence at every touchpointof student journey.

Ensure Student Supportinitiatives are well managed and executed on students communityplatform to enable Peer to Peer Learning

Closelywork with IT team for Functional validation of new Student supportcommunity platform student InformationSystem

Assistance to students with inquiries andissues using email phone and chat.

Provide andfacilitate training to admin executive teammembers.

Ensure seamless student experience bydesigning and implementing new processes.

Ensurethe best student satisfaction score in the online universitymodel

Coordinating with academic departments andfaculty to ensure alignment between enrolment and academicrequirements

Manage team of operational and adminexecutives to help them deliver their best to supportstudents

Continuously identifying opportunitiesto streamline administrative processes and improve the overallefficiency of operations.

Manage and maintainrelationships with alumni through various channels such as emailsocial media events and alumninetworks.

Maintaining accurate and uptodaterecords of alumni contact information employment status and otherrelevant Alumni within students communityplatform

Managing alumni events guest lecturesreunions webinars and networking opportunities to fosterconnections between alumni and current students for experiencebasedlearning

Gathering feedback from alumni throughsurveys and other methods to assess satisfaction identify areas forimprovement

Analysing alumni engagement metricsand other initiatives to assess the effectiveness of alumniprograms and continuous improvement

Work closelywith Student Success Coaches Teaching Assistants to understandstudent needs and facilitate Alumniengagement

Qualification andSkills Required:

Bachelorsdegree with atleast 57 years as student support role in Edtechspace.

Experience in online education on studentsupport roles is highly desirable.

Excellent oraland written communication skills

ExcellentListening and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with India and Internationalstudents

Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a remote teamenvironment

Familiarity with online learning(LMS) and global community platforms forstudents

Passion for helping students succeed andcommitment to their academic growth

Proficiencyin using spreadsheets or data management tools to analyse andinterpret student data.

Leadership qualities tooversee and guide a team of student supportstaff.

Awareness of and sensitivity to culturaldifferences and diversity within the studentpopulation
