Overview:The MagentoLead plays a crucial role in leading and managing the developmentand implementation of Magentobased ecommerce solutions. Theyoversee the technical aspects of projects provide technicalguidance and ensure the successful delivery of highqualitysolutions.KeyResponsibilities:
1.Client Communication: Act as the primarypoint of contact for clients understanding their businessobjectives gathering requirements and providing regular updates onprojectprogress.
2.Requirements Gathering: Work closelywith clients to gather and document detailed requirementstranslating business needs into technical specifications andactionable projectplans.
3.Project Management: Lead Magentoprojects from inception to completion including planning scopingresource allocation scheduling and budgetmanagement.
4.Team Leadership: Provide leadership andguidance to a team of Magento developers fostering a collaborativeand clientfocused workenvironment.
5.Magento Development: Handson developmentand customization of Magentobased solutions ensuring alignment withclient requirements and projectgoals.
6.Architecture Design: Design scalable andmaintainable Magento architectures that meet client needsconsidering factors such as performance security andusability.
7.Quality Assurance: Implement qualityassurance processes conduct code reviews and ensure adherence tocoding standards to deliver highqualitysolutions.
8.Issue Resolution: Investigate andresolve technical issues bugs and performance bottlenecks inMagento applications providing timely support andmaintenance.
9.Client Satisfaction: Proactively addressclient concerns manage expectations and ensure the successfuldelivery of projects on time and withinbudget.
10.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated onthe latest Magento developments trends and best practices andidentify opportunities for process improvement andoptimization.
RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in leading andmanaging Magento development teams.
• Indepthknowledge of Magento architecture components and customizationtechniques.
• Proficiency in PHP MySQL HTML CSSand JavaScript for Magentodevelopment.
• Experience in integrating Magentowith external systems such as ERP CRM and paymentgateways.
• Strong understanding of ecommercebusiness processes and best practices.
• Abilityto troubleshoot and optimize Magento performanceissues.
• Excellent communication and leadershipskills to effectively lead a technicalteam.
• Experience in implementing responsivedesign and mobilefriendly solutions inMagento.
• Magento certification(s) would be aplus.
