Overview:
To provide an effective and impactfulsupport to the institutions in the areas of careerguidance
alumni and parents connect with the objectiveof providing an enriching experience for the students
inthe high school.
Qualifications andExperience:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in with a minimum of18years experience
would be givenpreference.
Responsibilities:
CareerGuidance:
An individual who has worked in/isfamiliar with the career guidance/ university
placementcell.
Must have an indepth knowledge of the curriculumIGCSE/ ICSE curriculum.
Must be familiar with theuniversity application processes in India and overseasand
the eligibility criteria
Should be ableto guide students in the process of subject selection
Have knowledge of the current industrial trends and courses beingoffered
PrefectorialProcedures:
Familiar with the student electionprocesses for the prefectorial body in school
Supportand guide the leaders in the prefectorial board for initiatives andhelp them
initiate and sustain theiractivities. Alumni Connect
Familiarwith the process of building the alumni connect of theinstitution
Have a proven record of organising meetingswith the alumni and have them
involved in activities forthe institutions like career guidance for the current batchof
students
Initiate new initiatives with thesupport of alumni with the goal of providing a
clearergoal path for the students at the institution Events andCelebrations
Familiar with working on theevent calendar for the institution
Support in theplanning of the events
Have review meetings to assessthe success of the events and determine areas of
improvement with evidences. Parent Connect
Individualfamiliar with the process of parent engagement in theinstitution
Familiar with organising MUN TED talksexchange programme collaboration
programmeetc.
