Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup andoutbound cold callsandemails Responsiblefor student admission and achieve theirtargets Understand customer needs /requirements and pitch a suitable programClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasCounselling Interacting with students andParents. Support students one on one intheir selection of course application process andmeetingapplicationdeadlines. Should be able to assist studentsin obtaining the necessary documentation needed fortheapplicationprocess. Provide students parents andguardians with information regardingadmissionsrequirements and processesenrolment process or other procedures.Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications andcommunications withparents of studentapplicants.
Requirement: Ability to empathize with students and parents thus able to buildrelationshipsthroughconversationsStrong inclination to work in a target driven salesenvironment. Proven expertise in convertingleads into a sale Experience working withCRM Fluency in English and Hindi languagesis a musthave. Strong listening andpresentationskills.
