Implementationand support experience specifically in the area of O365 MS TeamsSkype for Business 2015 Enterprise Voice Conferencing solution& ability to interact with the client to understandbusiness requirement which will be both functional andtechnical

Desireto be handson and in the field of designing and implementing the MSTeams/SkypeSolution.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

Responsiblefor migrating user base from Skype Online/OnPrem to MS Teams

8 to 10years experience on Skype Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice ismust

Experienceon AudioCodes/Sonus Gateways/DownstreamSBCs

Upgradinginstalling configuring designing and migrating Voice from PBX toMSTeams

Experienceand Knowledge on MS Teams Direct routing for Enterprise Voice andSIP TrunkIntegrations.

Knowledgeon Bandwidth planning optimal conferencing traffic capacity QOS.

Experiencein Skype with Enterprise Voice Mediation server placement gatewaystrunks voice resiliency mediation serverdependencies

Designvoice interoperability to PSTN QoS implementation for conferenceand other applications and integration with 3rd party telephonyenvironment.

Knowledgeon Enterprise Voice feature Call Admission Control Call Park MediaBypass and Auto attendant etc.

Experienceof configuring and troubleshooting Dial Plans Normalization Rulesroutes PSTN Usage and Voice Policy

Understandingof response groups Call queue Auto Attendant Dial by Extensionworkflows call routingmethods.

Goodknowledge on Active Directory & Domain Services CertificateAuthority

Knowledgeon Windows PowerShell and Powershell Scripting

Knowledgeon ITIL and Safe Agile framework like SLA management with detailedunderstanding on classification of (P1 P2 P3 P4) Incidents(tickets)Changemanagement.

REQUIREMENTS

Supportfor Videoconferencing platform and experience including operationcall setup and equipment troubleshooting (Cisco Polycom MicrosoftSkype MSTeams Live etc.)

Solid administration andanalytical skills focused on Office 365 and MSTeams

Understanding of Interop of Cisco WebExendpoints (OnPrem/Cloud Registrations)

Knowledgeof Microsoft Teams Endpoints and Physical Phone OEMs(AudioCodes/Yealink)
