Long Description Job Summary
To assist customers by enhancing and promoting sales ofproducts and services in the showroom. The job role focuses onobtaining the knowledge and skills to identify and fulfil customerneeds and direct sales transactions to achieve overall salestargets in cash credit warranty programs and accessories.
Job Responsibilities
Sales

Promotes products and services to customers
Maximizessales transactions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strives to achieve preset sales targets in cash creditwarranties and accessories
Seeks to improve and enhancehis/her level of product knowledge
Ensuring salesopportunities are constantly converted to sales transactions
Creating sales invoices and mastering BO & POSapplications.

Customer Service

Demonstrate presentable appearance and apleasant smiley face
Provide high level of service to allcustomers
Being constantly aware of customer needs
Interacts with customers in a friendly and honest manner
Demonstrates high level of product knowledge
Recommends and encourages customers for best products andservices based on their own needs
Expedites sales processin an effective and efficient manner
Explains D&Iand return and exchange policies to customers
Avoidsharsh arguments and conflicts with customers

Operations

Being aware of all instorepromotions discounts credit coupons and etc...
Keeps allcompany information including sales figures strictly confidential
Follows all company safety and security procedures
Conducts regular stock checks and liaising with stockcontrol
Reports and processes damaged display items toShowroom Manager
Ensures all products are displayed asinstructed/planograms
Ensures all products in specifiedareas are accurately priced
Maintains sales areaaccessible for customers clean and tidy
Conducts pricechanges as instructed by showroom management
Masterscomputer applications (Outlook SAP POS & BO)

Candidate Requirements
02 years ofexperience
Good English language
Goodcommunication skills
Ability to work in a team
