Display Account Manager, IN Amazon Ads, Growth Customer Sales

About the team: Amazon India Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions - including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads - leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is becoming increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. We believe we understand e-commerce advertising better than anybody else and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for their programmatic advertising.
About the role: We’re looking for a highly motivated account manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, educating them on display and programmatic ads and helping solve ambiguous business problems. Additionally, you’ll be able to improve our internal processes to drive efficiencies, provide updates to leadership, analyze and publish case studies via experiments and work with partner teams and vendors to deliver business outcomes.
You will need to have expertise in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and the Amazon DSP and leverage it to benchmark our ad products with industry and build sales narratives. You will work closely with internal sales, product, creatives and support teams to address customer needs, acting as the voice of the customer to help drive product enhancements, and create solutions on behalf of your customers. Your ownership, curiosity, and industry knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understand the technical details of our offerings and be able to speak to customers. Your customer obsession and ability to influence internal stakeholders will allow you to drive the right solution for our customers. You will be involved in both customer-facing interactions (with agency and advertiser) as well as internal stakeholder teams.
Key job responsibilities
1. Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions
2. Improve internal processes from campaign planning to execution to drive time and cost efficiency through tools and mechanisms
3. Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to track program inputs and outputs, finding new revenue opportunities for business
4. Leverage insights, trends and your knowledge of marketing and amazon advertising solutions to build Amazon DSP sales narratives and pitch Amazon DSP to new clients
5. Execute media strategy with support from internal teams and review with advertisers
6. Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy.
7. Drive repeat business from activated Display advertisers
8. Insist on highest standards on delivering campaigns

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of sales experience- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in advertising
- Experience in DSP/ad network sales
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building high-velocity ad products- Experience working in e-commerce
