Role Overview:

As an Amazon Account Manager with PPC experience, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon seller and vendor accounts to drive growth and profitability. You will be the key point of contact for all Amazon-related activities, focusing on PPC campaign management, account health, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and oversee Amazon seller and vendor accounts, ensuring all aspects of the account are optimized for maximum performance.
  • PPC Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet sales and ROI goals.
  • Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze account performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Regularly report on key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform PPC campaigns and organic listing optimization strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment while minimizing costs.
  • Account Health: Monitor account health metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Policy Violations, and Performance Notifications. Take proactive steps to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities on Amazon. Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon-related queries, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders on account performance and strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously test and implement new strategies, tools, and processes to enhance account performance and keep up with Amazon’s evolving landscape.


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in managing Amazon seller/vendor accounts with a strong focus on PPC advertising.
  • Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns on Amazon with demonstrated improvements in ACOS, sales, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including understanding of all aspects of account management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon analytics and PPC management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and communicate performance results effectively.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
