Senior Product Manager, Amazon Pay

Interested in creating innovative Digital Payments solutions with engaging user experiences that will help Amazon Pay Balance become our customers' preferred expense account?
We intend to solve a critical customer problem by providing a hassle-free way to manage daily payment for convenience seeking customers. These customers use (a) a mix of digital payments online (b) primarily cash and UPI for offline payments. (c) They prefer to consolidate all of their small-value transactions into a single universally accepted instrument that is error-free, allows for one-click payments, and can assist them in managing their own and their dependents' expenses. Here's where we come in.
Use your extensive product management experience, strong analytical skills, and relationship skills to help Amazon Pay Balance become the expense account of choice for our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the single threaded leader for driving issuance / Add Money to the Amazon Pay Wallet. You will gather customer insights and apply them to define, build, and expand issuance for Amazon Pay users. You are primarily responsible for all product deliverables here.
The specific responsibilities include the following:
•Lead product requirements definition, research, metric analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, and launch activities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance business needs with technical constraints, and enhance customer experiences.
•Define key metrics for product success and report them to internal and external teams.
•Own and maximize conversions on the Balance Landing page by orchestrating product deliveries and ensuring high loading success rates.
•As Add Money is a revenue-generating product, you will aim to meet revenue targets outlined in the operating plan.
•Manage product deliveries through various issuance channels, including electronic, cash, and UPI receive money .
•Ensure product compliance with RBI PPI master directions and NPCI UPI guidelines.
Qualifications:
•At least 7 years of experience in product management is required.
•A master's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrated experience developing and launching new products, including significant scaling.
•Demonstrates strong communication and influence skills, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and technical scoping.
•Demonstrates ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
•Has prior experience with digital payments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
