We are looking for a Senior Program Manager leader to develop, iterate and execute strategic and scalable inputs to drive Gift cards business. This will be the single threaded leader who will analyze growth and P&L trends for Gift Cards business, prioritize top inputs and partner across all verticals to drive impact. Leader in this position will work across cross functional teams within amazon as well as external partners to set and drive goals for cross-functional projects and execute. As Senior Program Manager for Amazon Pay Gift Cards [IN], you would be responsible for –

Key job responsibilities
•Defining and driving new growth opportunities for Gift Cards in India.
•Build pricing frameworks for business growth across all channels. Work with Analytics and ML Teams to develop pricing models for the business
•Lead core Gift card partnerships with deep engagement on negotiations involving engagement across Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Finance fronts.
•Analyze, identify and drive levers to increase customer base for Gift Cards Business and work with all GC Leaders/functions to drive higher engagement for Amazon India.
•Single threaded leader to drive Gift Cards Risk based modeling thereby reducing fraud and abuse across business.
•Lead Data Infrastructure instrumentation across all GC channels for building fraud check automations, build ML/AI predictive models for growth, revenue and cost line items.

The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, tech, marketing, BI, operations, and business to identify requirements, prioritize the program's goals, and drive execution. In additional to driving these highly complex programs, this leader should be comfortable with influencing high judgement decisions and prioritization with senior leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
