Roles andResponsibilities
  • Leadmotivate and develop employees. Be actively involved inteam/people/process management
  • Drive process and KPIs. Ensurea very high level of quality and reliability of the services. Takefull ownership and responsibility towards all internal customersand prioritize tasks
  • Conduct 1:1 reviews.Assign tasks and drive individual means to support and guide eachemployee including annual appraisals and regular personnelexchange
  • Assume commercial responsibility byselecting approving and implementing process improvements based onan economic evaluation of cost and benefits
  • Tobe actively involved in quality and performance management of theprocess and bring about tangibleimprovements
  • Take initiative to learn theprocess and build the knowledge so that the team has confidence inthe leader
  • Conduct regular review meetings andprocess reviews with stakeholders
  • Performspecial tasks and handle projects with fullresponsibility
  • Conduct regular internalcustomer interviews and ensure a high level of internal customersatisfaction

DesiredCandidateProfile:
  • Minimum5 years of total experience.People management experience of2 years ismandatory
  • Previous experience ofBPO / ITES / KPO / Technical /EngineeringServices isrequired
  • Goodcommunication skills speaking / reading/writingskills
  • Flexible with working hours as perprocess requirements. Open for shifts
  • Abilityto guide / mentor employees. Abilities include but are not limitedto Decision Making problemsolving Working under stress timemanagement multitasking customercentric persuasiveness andassertiveness. Independent and systematic work with changingrequirements
  • Prepared for extensive travelingfor training and other purposes if needbe
  • Ability to handle High volumes andpressure
  • Knowledge of MS OfficeWork Excel PPT
  • Education: AUniversity Degree or graduate engineer(Mechanical/Aeronautical/Transportation/etc.)is a must. Master in (BusinessAdministration/Operations/etc.) would be an addedadvantage
  • Confident appearance &excellent communication skills at all levels within a business& clientfacing skills
  • Ability tostructure disposition and planning of complex workflows and issues.Experience in change processesdesired
  • Resilient outgoing personality withstrong problemidentification and problemsolving skills and a goodsense of judgment.
