Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring day to day billing system and activities.
Visiting/Discussing and resolving with clients for billing relatedissues.
Monitoring Unbilled Revenue and updating thestatus to management fortnightly.
Preparation ofForecast Revenue after taking inputs from Verticalheads.
Circulating the Forecast Revenue to Verticalheads and colleting inputs for midmonth.
Weeklycirculation of Total Hours Vs Revenue forecast/Actual to VerticalHeads.
Finalization of Revenue at each monthend.
Submission of Month end Corporate Reports as perdue dates (Unbilled/RBM/ROA).
Review of New Enquiriesand providing the inputs relating Legal and commercial.
Follow up with customers for work order amendments/changeorders.
Arranging Handover meeting for the New Projectsawarded with all the Heads.
Review of DPR with concernedHead/site team
Submission of Productivity efficiencyreport as per corporate requirement.
Attending to theQueries raised by External /Internal Auditors.
Ensuringthe documentation as per ISO standards.
Verification Subcontractor bills and processing the same.
Preparation ofBudgeted Revenue for the business

Educationand Experience

Commercial Graduate with min12 years experience
Knowledge of AccountsReceivable
Knowledge of office administration andprocedures.
Knowledge of general bookkeepingprocedures
Knowledge of general accountingprincipals
Proficient in relevant computersoftware
Knowledge of regulatory standards andcompliance requirements
