  • Testing and evaluating newtechnologies.
  • Conducting electrical safetychecks onequipment.

TechnicalSupportRequirements:
  • Degreein computer science or informationtechnology.
  • Certification in Microsoft Linux orCisco is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in techsupport desktop support or a similarrole.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/MacOS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applicationsand help desk software.
  • Attention to detail andgood problemsolving skills.
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbalcommunication.
