Weare seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You willbe the first point of contact for our customers providingexceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly andeffectively.KeyResponsibilities
  • Assistcustomers with technical issues via email chat andphone.
  • Provide excellent customer service andensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshootproblems identify root causes and providesolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues tohigherlevel support when necessary.
  • Maintainaccurate documentation of all customerinteractions.
Qualifications
  • StrongEnglish communication skills both written andverbal.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities anda customeroriented mindset.
  • Familiarity withSAAS products and technical support experience is aplus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remoteenvironment.
