RoleIntroduction

TheCustomer Support Representative is responsible for providingexcellent customer service by addressing and resolving customerinquiries issues and concerns through various communicationchannels. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction andmaintaining a positive company image.

Roles andResposibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone emailchat. Troubleshooting and resolving customerissues in a timely and efficient manner.Providing product and service information tocustomers. Escalating complex issues tohigherlevel support or relevant departments.Documenting and maintaining records of customerinteractions and transactions. Identifying andhighlighting recurring customer issues to improve products andservices. Assisting in the development ofcustomer support processes and documentation.

Requirements/Key Skills

  • Qualification :Undergraduate can apply
  • Fresher andexperienced in customer service.
  • Candidateshould have knowledge about regional language (Tamil TeluguKannada)
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolvingand multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency inusing customer support software and tools.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customerissues.
