Responsibilities:
  • Bethe first point of contact for the customers and a vital brandambassador.
  • Enthusiastically and professionallyassist customers through inbound calls.
  • Provideinformation about products and attempt to close sales over thephone.
  • Support customers with delivery issuesincluding tracking deliveries resolving delivery problems andchecking stock availability.
  • Troubleshootissues and provide support for account management and softwarefunctionality.
  • Deliver accurate and realtimeresponses to customer inquiries.
  • Keep detailedrecords of customer interactions and actionstaken.

Requirements:
  • Fluencyin German language (must be at leastC2)
  • Ability to communicate clearly andeffectively
