We are collaborating with a highly-rated BPO to recruit experienced German-speaking Customer Support Professionals for remote positions. The selected candidates will provide support to customers of an e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical customer support via voice chat and email promptly
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Document all interactions in a dedicated CRM system
  • Act as a key contributor within the internal team and wider department initiatives, providing feedback/updates promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues/department
Requirements:
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2)
  • Prior experience in Customer Support and technical support, particularly with a help desk or other IT functions
  • Ability to undergo a background check
  • Strong independent work and remote team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based Internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office)
