We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Customer Support Professional to join our team at Careerxtra. As a remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in Germany and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via voice chat and email in German and English.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and updates, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2).
  • Prior experience in Customer Support and technical support, particularly with a help desk or other IT functions.
  • Ability to undergo a background check.
  • Strong independent work and remote team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based Internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office).
