Customer Support Specialist Italian

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist Italian to join our team at Careerxtra.
Job Summary:We're looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide top-notch support to our clients in Italian. As a Customer Support Specialist Italian, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and Excel to troubleshoot customer issues
- Arrange technician visits or send spare parts when necessary
- Discuss new and existing products with customers, offering cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers and showcasing a full understanding of products and brand values
- Fluent in Italian (C1) and proficient in English
- Eligible to work in Slovakia and currently residing there
- Strong customer service skills across various channels (call, email, social media)
- Good computer skills, especially with MS Office
- Solution-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule
- Hybrid work model with the option to work from home or in the office
- 3 weeks of fully office-based training
