Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Arrange technician visits or send spare parts when necessary.
  • Discuss new and existing products with customers, offering cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers and showcasing a full understanding of products and brand values.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian (C1) and proficient in English.
  • Eligible to work in Slovakia and currently residing there.
  • Strong customer service skills across various channels (call, email, social media).
  • Good computer skills, especially with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule, Monday-Sunday, between 8 am and 8 pm, with two weekends off per month.
  • Hybrid work model within 50 km of the office or fully remote if further away.
  • 3 weeks of fully office-based training from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Meal vouchers: 5.85/day (approx. 117/month).
  • Commuting allowance: 50/month (600 per annum).
  • Multisport card: Stay active with a multisport card.
  • Performance bonus: Earn up to 10% of your monthly salary based on KPI achievements.
  • Extra paid days: 5 personal days per year for emergencies or short-term absences.
