Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Careerxtra. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via voice chat and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical-based customer assistance
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Document interactions in a CRM system
  • Participate in team initiatives and provide feedback and support to colleagues
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Residing in Greece and able to work legally in Greece
  • Experience in Customer Support or technical support, especially with help desk or IT functions
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Independent and effective remote team player
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes
  • Proficient with external systems and PC-based internet/software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
