Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented GRC and PrivacySpecialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring ourorganization adheres to regulatory requirements maintains effectivegovernance frameworks and protects customer and employee dataprivacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in riskmanagement compliance and privacy regulations with the ability toimplement and oversee policies that safeguard our operations. Whatyoull do: Develop and maintain governance frameworks that alignwith organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Implementand monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicablelaws regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments anddevelop mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assetsand data privacy. Oversee privacy compliance efforts including GDPRCCPA or other relevant regulations ensuring data protectionpractices are in place. Collaborate with internal stakeholders suchas legal IT and business units to ensure cohesive compliance andrisk management strategies. Provide guidance and training toemployees on compliance and privacy matters. Monitor industrytrends and regulatory changes to keep policies and procedurescurrent and effective. Prepare and present compliance reports tosenior management and regulatory bodies as required. Qualifications youll need :Technical & Behavioral Competencies Skillset Minimum of 5 7years of experience in the financial services and/or managingfirmwide programs and initiatives in risk and controlfunctions. Understanding of Risk Controlsand regulatory environments market place and newtechnologies. Indepth knowledge ofregulatory requirements and standards relevant to data privacy andinformation security (e.g. DPDP CCPA ISO 27001 ISO 27701). Strong analytical skills with the abilityto assess complex information and develop practicalsolutions Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborateacross all levels of the organization. Certification in relevant areas (e.g. ISO 27001 ISO 27701) is aplus. Experience with GRC software tools and platformspreferred.
