- C1written and verbal communication skills in Croatian orSlovenian
- B2English
- Preferable college degree or relatedwork experience
- Good MS Office skills andfamiliarity with ticketing systems
- Excellentcustomer service skills
- High motivation andenthusiastic approach selforganized
- Knowledgeand experience with measuring and improving customer satisfactionand loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographieswill be an advantage.
- Schedule: full timeMondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM 6 PM;3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 shortbreaks
