Weare working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is lookingto recruit a Dutch or Germanspeaking Technical Customer SupportRepresentative in Bucharest.Location: Bucharest Romania(onsite)Employment type:FulltimeDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respondto customers queries regarding their use of a brand new eCommerceapp and purchases via chat and call ensuring a comprehensive andseamless customer experience
  • Maintain aprofessionally customeroriented attitude
  • Takeover and resolve situations where noncompliancesoccur
  • Assist the customer in the purchasingdecision by providing requested details about products andservices
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basedin or willingness to move to Romania on a shortnotice
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in Dutch or German (C1) and English(B1/B2)
  • Resourceful and stress resilientpersonality that can adapt and remain calm in allsituations
  • Ability to work independently whilebeing team player at the sametime
  • Customeroriented role experience will beconsidered an advantage
