Responsibilities:
  • Communicatevia incoming emails tickets and chat with customers to resolvetheir productrelated issues.
  • Manage customerorders.
  • Secure and deepen client retentioncontribute to excellent customersupport.
  • Ensure all complaints are recognizedrecorded confirmed and effectivelyresolved.
  • Adhere to given processes andprocedures.
  • Update the customer database anddocument activities.
  • Report the most commonissues to the support team for furtherescalations.

Requirements:
  • C1written and verbal communication skills inCroatian
  • B2English.
  • Preferable college degree or relatedwork experience.
  • Good MS Office skills andfamiliarity with ticketing systems.
  • Excellentcustomer service skills.
  • High motivation andenthusiastic approach selforganized.
  • Knowledgeand experience with measuring and improving customer satisfactionand loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographieswill be anadvantage.

  • Schedule:Full time MondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9AM 6 PM; 3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 shortbreaks).
