Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnership Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring mutual growth and success. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to maximize value for both parties.


Job Title: Partnership Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Exp: 1-8yrs

Job Type: 1+yr Contract Extendable

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and establish new partnership opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  3. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on partnership status and performance.
  7. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with partners.
  8. Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
  9. Organize and participate in partner meetings, events, and conferences.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience with CRM software and partnership management tools.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and project management skills.
