Overview:The IT SalesBusiness Development Manager is a crucial role within ourorganization responsible for driving sales and revenue through thedevelopment and execution of strategic business plans. This roleplays a key part in identifying new business opportunities andbuilding strong relationships with potential clients in the ITindustry.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to achieve businessgoals.
  • Identify and cultivate new salesopportunities within the IT sector.
  • Lead salesefforts including prospecting qualifying and closing salesdeals.
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships.
  • Collaborate with themarketing team to develop targeted salescampaigns.
  • Conduct market research and stayupdated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate andfinalize contracts with clients.
  • Meet andexceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide accuratesales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate inindustry events and conferences to promote the companys productsand services.
  • Stay informed about competitorsand their products.
  • Provide feedback to themanagement team on market insights and customerneeds.
  • Coordinate with the technical team toensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage andprioritize a portfolio of accounts andleads.
  • Travel to meet clients and attendindustry events as needed.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in IT sales andbusiness development.
  • Demonstrated success inmeeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strongunderstanding of IT products services andsolutions.
  • Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to effectivelypresent and articulate technical solutions toclients.
  • Experience in developing and executingstrategic sales plans.
  • Proven track record ofbuilding and maintaining clientrelationships.
  • Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and sales management tools.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Willingness to travel for clientmeetings and industry events.
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
