**Job Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our APT IT SOLUTIONS, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs, and proposing tailored staffing solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a proactive approach to business development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and workforce management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
